17. Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy (“Dispute”) arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Websites, or your use thereof (including privacy matters) shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and BAM Coatings waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.
Before arbitration, you and we must attempt informal resolution as described in similar standard processes (detailed notice, 60-day good-faith period). Arbitration will be individual only. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Opt-out is available within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to the address below.
This section survives termination of these Terms. If any part is unenforceable, it shall be severed while the remainder remains in effect (with specific provisions for class waivers).
18. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

19. Amendments
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by posting on the Websites and/or email (if available). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
21. General
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Headings are for convenience only.
